Not sure what else to do!!!

Hello-

You just posted something about me:

tweetthief @MrsDirtyMartini is a thief - @MrsDirtyMartini says she received these tweets from a bot, and doesn’t RT… http://tumblr.com/xq23n1w28

I can promise you that I am not a tweet theif. I did not know who the original creator of the tweet was and posted the joke. When I found out who did I apologized and immediately removed the 2 tweets. I really don’t know what else I could do. I made my profile private (which I hate) b/c I have been constantly harrassd since. Those quotes of mine that you posted were to people that wanted to fight with me and would not let it go. I have done all I can to correct the situation. Please remove my information off this site. I am not a bad person or a theif it was just a huge misunderstanding that was corrected and I am sorry. Please contact me!

Thank you,

Kalley

Kalley: you didn’t give me any way to contact you, like an email address.

But I am publishing this here so folks can hear your side of things. If you read through my site you will see that I consistently tell people: If you find that someone has reposted you, ask them to remove it. I don’t advocate people being mean or abusive, in fact I think it hurts their cause.

All I can tell you is what I can see from what was left in http://search.twitter.com and from that all I could see was you being defensive, seemingly defending unattributed retweeting due to lack of room to “cite”.

There was no indication that you had deleted anything.

I would have recommended just blocking the people who were giving you a hard time so that people could see you had deleted the unattributed retweets. I have no reason to doubt you, but at the same time I have no reason to believe you either. That isn’t a judgment on you, it’s just the facts. That doesn’t mean I won’t let you respond to what someone else said about you here.

At this point I consider the matter closed and do not plan to pursue it any further. As your account is private (which is your right), there is nothing more that I can do.

@MrsDirtyMartini is a thief

@MrsDirtyMartini says she received these tweets from a bot, and doesn’t RT bots.  I warned her that she always needs to retweet so her account doesn’t risk being suspended.

http://twitter.com/MrsDirtyMartini/ is now private, so who knows what she is posting there where no one can see it. You can see she went private about a week ago by checking Twitter search (while it lasts). Obviously people were trying to get her to stop stealing other’s material.

She frequently @replied people saying ” we only have 140 characters I am not quoting a whole website sorry!” and saying that people “took twitter too seriously”

Hey Kalley: STOP PRETENDING TO WRITE STUFF YOU DIDN’T WRITE TO MAKE YOURSELF SEEM FUNNIER. Or, you know, be funnier. Don’t like it? Delete your account. Twitter’s TOS says that plagiarism will get you suspended.

She also posted to several links to her account at http://www.capturemychicago.com/people/kschillen

I wonder how she’d feel about people taking her pictures and pretending that they had taken them.
